Wine Tasting for Groups

For our wine tasting we work with a family run winery about 40 minutes from Stresa in the Colline Novaresi DOC wine making area.

The family's love for the land has, over the years, led to the renovation of all the buildings and the grapevines. With the greatest of respect for the environment and for the wines they produce no chemicals are used, any feed is organic and all the grapes are picked by hand. The family produces two DOC wines, Nebbiolo and Vespolina, as well as a Nebbiolo rosé.

Your group will enjoy a warm welcome at the winery where the family will tell their story and show the wine cellars, the vines and explain how the wines are made and aged. Afterwards in a beautiful setting your group can relax and enjoy tasting the wines which are paired with a generous selection of local produce: charcuterie, cheese, honey and other homemade delicacies.

Can we use this as lunch?

The winery is generous with the charcuterie, cheese etc and you can certainly use the wine tasting as a lunch.

Do we need a guide/translator?

Most of the staff at the winery speak English so there is usually no need for a guide to translate.
