Visiting The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci After the success of The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, visiting The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci has become more and more popular. The Last Supper fresco is in the Santa Maria delle Grazie church in Milan. You can only see The Last Supper by pre-booking your ticket. The number to call is (0039) 02 89421146 (Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00/Sat 09.00-14.00) and there is a message giving you the opportunity to choose an English speaking operator. You can then request your preferred date and you will be given a choice of time slots. Be prepared to be flexible with your date as during the summer it fills up very quickly! You will be given a booking reference which you use to pick up your ticket on the day. You pay for the ticket when you pick it up. You need to arrive at the ticket office about 20 minutes before your time slot. The Last Supper is open for viewing Tuesday-Sunday 08.15-19.00 (last entry 18.45). The visit takes about 15 minutes and is limited to 25 people at a time. Tickets cost €6.50 per person with a discount of 50% for EU citizens between 18 and 25 years and free entrance for EU citizens under 18 and over 65 years. There is a booking fee of €1.50. Getting to The Last Supper: you can catch the Metro (Underground/Subway) to either Conciliazione or Cadorna. From each station it is approximately 10 minutes walk to the church.
